The A.T. Landscape Partnership—co-convened by the Appalachian Trail Conservancy and the National Park Service—includes conservation leaders representing agencies and organizations along the entire length of the Trail. The group's mission is to connect the wild, scenic and cultural wonders of the Appalachian Trail and its surrounding landscape.
Since 2015, the group has met annually to embrace a shared vision and mission, design the framework for coalition governance and communications, identify priority focus areas along the A.T. and build strategies to advance land conservation in (and beyond) those focus areas. The latest gathering was held in December 2018 in Shepherdstown, WV and included more than 70 participants.
